The 14 year old self contained AC unit on our park model trailer died. I called John Mavic and he came out the next morning and figured out that the compressor in the unit was fried. We agreed that the age of the unit would make it better and faster to just replace the whole thing. He ordered a new unit and two weeks later it arrived at his shop and he came out and installed it the next morning. The work was done quickly and very competently. I have no complaints about the workmanship or the time it took to get the new one. I’m another happy customer.

Excellent service! Water heater unexpectedly stopped working, and Mavec came to the rescue! Service was scheduled for the next morning & they arrived exactly on time. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to remove the old unit and install the new one. They left the workspace spotless and took time to explain the settings before leaving. Very fair pricing, no upsell, & excellent communication throughout. I highly recommend them.
